Brendon has recently completed our warehousing pre-employment training programme in Sheffield.
This course is aimed at individuals who are unemployed and looking to find employment. It is a combined knowledge and competence qualification which is aimed at individuals who would like to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to work within a warehousing environment.
Brendon’s Experience
Since completing the programme with us, Brendan secured employment in a warehouse but is now looking to develop his career even further and complete a digital marketing apprenticeship with an employer.
Here’s what Brendon had to say about his experience with Back 2 Work Complete Training when we recently caught up with him:
“My whole experience with Back2work work has been wonderful. The course was brilliant, and my tutor Mandy Rigg really supported me through the work. I learned a lot from the course, and it really helped me prepare for my interview.”
How did you find your interview?
“My interview was booked very quickly, and I was given all the information. My interview was relatively informal, and I got a decision about the job immediately.”
Did you obtain a job offer?
“Yes, I started work the following week.”
What are your next steps?
“I’m looking to complete an apprenticeship in digital marketing apprenticeship. Back2work have offered to support me in this and I’m in the process of working with someone to make this happen.”
Would you recommend Back2work to others?
“Yes, absolutely as I really enjoyed my course, learned a lot and they have and continue to help me with finding work.”
