The training is open to everyone who meets the eligibility, these are the government requirements to receive funding for your course.

Yes, if you inform the administrator who does your sign up or the tutor, we will ensure that proper support is provided for you to optimise your learning experience with us.

Our head office is based in Manchester, but our training courses run throughout the UK.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We close for public holidays and opening times vary over Christmas.

We run our courses in different locations of the UK every week, although a lot of courses are 100% online, meaning you can learn from home.

Your certificate can take up to 12 weeks to be processed and arrive at our offices. As soon as we receive your certificate in our offices, it will be posted to the address that is given to us at your sign up.

The training can vary from 10-days to 15-days. This is a sufficient timescale to successfully complete your qualification and for interviews to take place.

The hours of training are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. You will receive breaks throughout your day at the discretion of the tutor.

We work with a wide range of employers who are looking for dedicated staff that are up to a specific standard of skills. We provide this training at no extra cost to support people into employment to increase their future employment prospects.

The training is unpaid, however Back 2 Work Complete Training will reimburse your travel expenses and also provide you with nationally recognised and accredited qualifications, to assist you in in your future career prospects.
