How do I apply?
To apply through our website, please use the contact page. It’s important that you include the course title, location, your name and number in your submission. If you fail to provide all of this information we may not be able to contact you.
Is the training free?
The training is completely free to the learner. We use government funding streams to make sure that this training is available to those who are eligible. Back2Work Complete Training will fund your SIA Badge or CSCS Card upon completion of the relevant courses.
What is the eligibility?

Why is the training not available to everyone?
The training is open to everyone who meets the eligibility, these are the government requirements to receive funding for your course.
Do you offer support for learning difficulties?
Yes, if you inform the administrator who does your sign up or the tutor, we will ensure that proper support is provided for you to optimise your learning experience with us.
Where is your office?
We have offices in Manchester City Centre and Rotherham, but our training courses are run throughout the UK.
What are your opening hours?
Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We close for public holidays and opening times vary over Christmas.
Why is your phone number not working?
If you can’t get through to our phone lines, it’s likely that you have tried to contact us out of office hours. If you are unable to leave a message, please visit our contact page and leave a message.
Where do you run courses?
We run our courses in different locations of the UK every week.
How long will it take for my certificate to arrive?
Your certificate can take up to 12 weeks to be processed and arrive at our offices. As soon as we receive your certificate in our offices, it will be posted to the address that is given to us at your sign up.
How long does the training last?
The training can vary from 5-days to 15-days. This is a sufficient timescale to successfully complete your qualification and for interviews to take place.
What are the hours of training courses?
The hours of training are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. You will receive breaks throughout your day at the discretion of the tutor,
Is lunch paid for?
We don’t provide lunch, we do ask that you bring your own food and refreshments.
Are interviews guaranteed?
Interviews are guaranteed and you will receive information on your interview time and date by the completion date of your course.
Are jobs guaranteed?
Jobs are not guaranteed, however, we ensure there are enough jobs available for the volume of course attendees. Your tutor will spend time working with you to ensure that you are confident and prepared for your interview.
What happens if I don’t get the job after completing the course?
If for whatever reason you don’t get past the interview stage, our employer relationship manager will get feedback from the employer on why you didn’t get the job. We will then do what we can to support you into employment with other employers.
Why do I need to train before starting work?
We work with a wide range of employers who are looking for dedicated staff that are up to a specific standard of skills. We provide this training at no extra cost to support people into employment to increase their future employment prospects.
When will I get an interview?
We aim for interviews to be held on completion of training, the tutor will keep you informed of interviews dates throughout the process. You will also be contacted personally by our interview co-ordinator to confirm interview dates and times.
Is there a guaranteed job?
We guarantee an interview for an available job and the training you complete will ensure you are successful in this process.
Is the training paid?
The training is unpaid, however Back 2 Work Complete Training will reimburse your travel expenses and also provide you with 2 nationally recognised qualifications, to assist you in in your future career prospects.
Are expenses paid?
Reimbursements for travel expenses will be made via bank transfer once you have finished the course. Expect this to be in your bank account by the close of business Wednesday following the completion of the course. *Please ensure you provide the correct bank details for this process to run as smoothly as possible.
