COURSE OVERVIEW
This qualification is ideal for learners who want to learn and gain a broad understanding about the facilities and services industry, with a specific focus on customer services.
The course covers subjects such as:
- Health, safety, and security in the facilities industry
- Workplace hygiene in the facilities industry
- Introduction to working in the facilities industry
- Customer service within the facilities industry
The course consists of the following qualifications and benefits:
Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to the Facilities Industry
The Customer Services unit will provide learners with an understanding of the importance of good customer service within the facilities industry and help them to aspire to deliver professional services within the facilities industry.
The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of evidence which is put together through the course. Learners must demonstrate their understanding of how to deal with various situations in a safe and professional manner throughout the 3-5 day course.
ELIGIBILITY
- Age 19+
- Unemployed
- Good standard of Maths and English
- Good communication skills
- Committed and willing to learn
- Eligible to work within the UK
FUNDING
This course is fully funded through the Pre-Employment Training scheme.
The course is available for anyone who reaches the eligibility requirements.
