Bradley has recently completed a Construction course with Back 2 Work in the Cambridge & Peterborough area. During the course he learnt new skills and developed his understanding of the industry, as well as undergoing relevant training and exams to obtain his green CSCS card.
Bradley’s Experience
Prior to the course, Bradley was unemployed but since completing the programme, Bradley has found employment in which he can put his skills and knowledge to use in a practical way.

What made you want to take part in this course?
I wanted a way into my dream career in landscaping. But I need to save and work to get my diploma in landscaping or find a company that I can do work-based training with.
What did you enjoy most about this course?
Learning about the construction industry.
What new skills and knowledge have you learned?
I got my CSCS green card and learnt a lot about health and safety on construction sites.

Yes
What is your new job role?
I work in Caldecote as a labourer, my main roles are as a jet washer and gateman.
Were you provided with enough support from the entire team throughout the process?

Would you recommend us to others?
Yes. This has been a great way to get the card needed and to start in the construction industry.
