London based Florin, recently completed the construction course provided by Back 2 Work Complete Training. The course features training designed to prepare the candidates for their CSCS ‘green card’ exam and is the first step towards securing a job on a construction site in the UK. Florin’s Experience
Florin was unemployed and keen to get into the construction sector. Following a short course with Back 2 Work Complete Training Florin secured a role in construction with a local contractor, a great chance to apply what he learnt during the course.

Why did you wish to take the course?
I wanted to complete this course as I wished to learn more about the industry. Furthermore, I wanted to learn all of the correct health and safety procedures involved in the job role and working in construction.
What did you enjoy most about the course?
I enjoyed the training most, including the help from the tutors and the knowledge they had. This meant I could learn useful information from them which is transferrable into my future role.
What new skills and knowledge have you learned?
The most important thing I learnt was the health and safety procedures, as well as how to be organized and how to handle any situation within the workplace.
Did you find that the course met your expectations?
More than my expectations.
Did you find that the course prepared you for the interview and employment?
Yes.
Did you find employment after completion of the course?
Yes. So, after I finished the course, I started as a Labourer, but unfortunately, the employer didn’t tell me that he needs me just for 3 days.

Yes, it is a nice course with the best team support. The course was easy to learn and understand.
