Nelson Bravo has recently completed an Introduction in Construction and Digital Skills course with Back 2 Work in West Midlands. During the course, Nelson has learnt new skills and developed his employability and digital skills.
As well as this, Nelson has developed his understanding of the construction industry, gotten his CSCS Green Skilled Worker card and is now working on site as a labourer in Birmingham.
Nelson’s Experience
Before starting the course, Nelson was unemployed and actively seeking a job. He wanted to get an understanding of the industry and work towards his CSCS Green Skilled Worker card to enable him to work on-site as a labourer.

What made you want to take part in this course?
I want to work in construction and gain understanding of the construction industry and earn money.
