CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

The course that we provide is a new government scheme where you can gain a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations, and Level 1 Award in Cyber Security. There is no fee to pay to do the course. Likewise, there is no payment for doing the course either, but we can offer you a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW upon course completion.

The course will run online for 22.5 days between 9:00am – 5:00pm and is done from the comfort of your own home.

If you would like to take advantage of this and fast track the long list of applicants, then you will need to pass the following criteria:

• 19 YEARS OR OLDER / UNEMPLOYED / UK OR EU CITIZEN
• LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS
• HAVE ACCESS TO A PC, TABLET OR LAPTOP
• NOT STUDYING OR GOING BACK TO COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY
• HAVE A PASSPORT, BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR BRP 

Other criteria will need to be met such as:

Office based option:

Have you had 6-months work experience in the past 3 years ?

Have you had experience in the following sectors?

• Contact centre work
• Fast Food
• Hospitality
• Sales

** Supermarket retail is not considered, however shop work such as clothing/tech can be considered where there is an element of selling**

Do you have good computer skills?

If being considered for work from home or hybrid option

Have you previously worked from home for at least 6 months ?

Do you have a suitable work-station at home ?

All candidates MUST meet the above criteria and be willing to send a photo of their work station if WFH option is chosen.
