Tina recently completed our Contact Centre course. During her time with us, our tutor Raj provided excellent support, showing patience and support to the whole class. After completing the course we’re thrilled to say Tina got the job and is now employed in a Work From Home role! Stories like these are why we all get out of bed in a morning at B2W!

Really enjoyed the course. Raj was brilliant, she was very patient, understanding and informative. She made the whole experience enjoyable and interesting for us all. Doing the course resulted in a full time job, working from home with BT.
