I feel as though the course has definitely met my expectations, it’s been overall successful being in a class room from the comfort of your own home. In fact works better than being in a class room – no distractions !

The key achievements I have made on this course is altering my own attitude and behaviour towards working in a more professional environment but in your own comfort from home for example dressing smart , being clean and having a positive attitude towards to work load. The qualifications achieved on this course would be Level 1 contact centre cert and Level 2 customer service which is a necessity for working from home.

The support receive from Jakki and Tina have been phenomenal, they really do go above and beyond for each individual in the team for those who miss a session to those having network issues at home they both make sure everyone is caught up and up to date so that this course is achieved successfully. I couldn’t thank them both enough for the patience and time consuming lessons they put together to run effectively. Id definitely recommend this course to family members. Thank you both.

Id like to say that this course should be worldwide for every business, the opportunity to complete this course and receive qualifications afterwards is achievement in itself; should be offered in every work place that has to offer a work from home role. Overall I think it’s very effective and will help me in the possible future. Thank you again.
