As part of Back2Work Complete Training’s continued goal of providing further progression and “add-on” qualifications for our learners, we have been working with Daruma Group and Streetwise to give learners the opportunity to add extra qualifications and experience to their CV.

Our CSCS course provides learners with the knowledge and understanding to work in the Construction industry. On top of that, we fund each learner’s 5-year CSCS Green Card, which is essential for working on a construction site. On completion of the course, our progression team woks with successful learners to help them secure paid employment in their local area, in their new qualified field.

Our latest initiative to ensure more prospects for our learners, we are now working with Daruma Group and Streetwise to give learners the opportunity to continue their learning and gain an added qualification.

Daruma’s Traffic Management course is the perfect add-on qualification for our learners and compliments the CSCS skills they have acquired with us.

Traffic management is the organisation, arrangement, guidance and control of both stationary and moving traffic, including pedestrians, bicyclists and all types of vehicles. This can often be manual work but there is a lot of planning and management that goes into any traffic management system so there are a number of opportunities available.
