"My confidence kept growing from day one." - Sharon's story

Our Contact Centre pre-employment training course provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in this industry.

One learner who recently completed the course was Sharon Baxter from the Greater Manchester area.

Sharon's Story

Sharon enrolled on our Pre-Employment Contact Centre course to learn new skills, gain new qualifications and find full-time work.

She says she is now more confident and is a lot more knowledgeable since completing the course.

Sharon also spoke very highly of her tutors throughout the course and even praised how helpful and supportive her fellow participants were.

"The tutors guided us with an overview of what the concept is, let us participate in group discussions, brainstorms and figure out the solutions instead of spoon-feeding us. That really helped us learn a lot and remember the information we were given as well."

Her Experience On The Course

Sharon spoke highly of her tutor, letting us know that they were more than supportive and made her feel part of the group. She also let us know that the tutor offered lots of encouragement and was always happy to give assistance when needed.

Sharon also told us that she now feels a lot more confident after completing the course, and that the other participants were encouraging and helpful.

"The tutor and other participants were so encouraging my confidence just kept growing from day one."

Successfully Gaining Employment

Sharon successfully completed the Contact Centre course and went on to gain full time employment working as an energy advisor from home.

"I was offered full time employment and I currently work as an energy advisor working from home."
