Contact Centre Training in South Yorkshire - Course Feedback

Our Contact Centre pre-employment training course is designed to help learners develop the skills required for working in a customer service role within a Contact Centre.

On completion of the course, each learner gains an industry-accredited Level 1 Award or Certificate in Contact Centre Operations to add to their CV and boost their overall employability.

Learners will also access further support provided by our progressions team, to help them move into full-time employment on completion of their training.

One learner who recently completed the course and successfully gained employment is Georgina from Rotherham in South Yorkshire, who provided us with some feedback and insights about her experience.

Georgina's experience

Georgina arrived on our Contact Centre pre-employment training course having left full-time education with GCSEs, but was now struggling to find sustainable employment. She told us how her experience on the course was boosted by the guidance of her tutor, who she says was supportive to her throughout the duration of her training.

The tutor was great and supported me all the way through. She helped out when I needed it, gave brilliant feedback and was just a lovely person overall.

Enjoyable and informative

Not only did Brendan successfully complete the course, gaining an industry accredited qualification to add to his CV, but he also managed to secure a new role working in the contact centre industry shortly afterwards with the help and support of our Progressions team.

I really enjoyed meeting new people on the course and learning new things. I learnt things I never knew, and now I'm starting a new job, it makes me more confident it my new role.

Improved confidence & New job secured

Not only did Georgina successfully complete the course, gaining an industry accredited qualification to add to her CV, but she also managed to secure a new role working in the contact centre industry shortly afterwards with the help and support of our team.

I now feel much more confident in myself, because I was on the course with people I've never met before. It was a bit daunting at first, but as the course went on, we all got to know each other and it gave me a boost in confidence.

I now also have more knowledge of the job I was looking for, and now better understand what is expected of me in the role I am doing.

I am now working as a Contact Centre Operative, taking inbound calls for His Majesty's Passport Office.
