Contact Centre Course Feedback: Kelvin Bradshaw

Our Contact Centre Training Course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of working in the contact centre industry, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

One learner who recently completed the course is Kelvin Bradshaw.

Kelvin's story

After being unemployed, Kelvin wanted to find a full-time job while learning new skills in customer service and working with others. He joined our Contact Centre training course for this reason. Kelvin thoroughly enjoyed the course, as it helped him develop valuable skills beyond his expectations and landed him full time employment.

We asked Kelvin about his experience on the course and the new found skills he has learned from the course.

"B2W has given me vital information about conflicts in the work place and how to resolve them, information on different acts that support workers and the knowledge to be a good employee.

"The course has taught me how to communicate properly and efficiently. It was also really informative and the tutors were very supportive."

Gaining confidence

Kelvin also told us that he has a new found confidence when speaking in front of groups, as he wasn’t very confident to start with.

"I was never confident when speaking in a group but after encouragement from the tutor to answer questions in a group, I feel very confident to speak up now."

Confidence to progress

Upon completing the course, Kelvin has since found full time employment in a Supervisor role.

Kelvin told us that this course was a big stepping stone for him, which solidified his chances of gaining employment.

"I did find employment after I completed this course with B2W. I am now a Supervisor at a restaurant."
