My Tutor was Kathleen West who was ably supported by Julia Richards. Both have been very helpful as we work our way through the course. Their support, explanations, and patience have been very helpful and of value. Kathleen has explained everything clearly and has patiently answered every question posed by those on the course. Dealing with such a large group of learners, many of whom had limited experience or knowledge of the subject area, is not an easy task yet Kathleen managed to do so with aplomb, humour, and grace.
