what is pre-employment training?
Pre-Employment Training is a fantastic way to get unemployed people ready for employment in a wide range of sectors.
Back2Work Complete Training have been delivering employability programmes across the UK for 7 years and over that time we have trained and placed over 10,000 people with employers across the UK.
Our Pre-Employment Training courses are delivered over 10-15 days and over this period learners complete workbooks and gain valuable knowledge relevant to the sector.
Throughout the programme, learners will also gain a qualification in employability which will prepare them for upcoming interviews and further preparation for employment.

ELIGIBILITY
- Age 19+
- Unemployed
- Good standard of Maths and English
- Good communication skills
- Committed and willing to learn
- Eligible to work within the UK
FUNDING
This course is fully funded through the Pre-Employment Training scheme.
The course is available for anyone who reaches the eligibility requirements.
Back2Work Complete Training provide Pre-Employment Training throughout the UK.
Pre-Employment Training works great as both a recruitment service for employers and an employment service for those who are unemployed.
