Yes because the course gave me more understanding in customer service and more confidence.

Are you more confident after completing the course?

Yes definitely I feel more prepared when helping customers, and I have more confidence when on the phone.

Do you feel as though you are better prepared to remain in work and also access a higher salary rate?

Yes because I now have a job where I can work from home. I now don’t have to spend money on travel and never have to be late for work because of public transport and I get to spend more time at home with my family. Thank you.
