All of our Pre-Employment training courses are fully funded, providing you meet our eligibility criteria.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & CONTACT CENTRE COURSES
20 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service, and a Level 1 Award in Digital Contact Centre.
18 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Award in Digital Contact Centre Operations, a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, and a Level 1 Award in Cyber Security.
22 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations, a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, and a Level 1 Award in Cyber Security.
CONSTRUCTION & WAREHOUSING COURSES
13.5 day course with a Level 1 Introduction to Construction Certificate on completion for all learners.
16.5 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Introduction to Construction Certificate, a Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment, and a Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retro Fit.
16 day course with a Level 1 Certificate in Supply Chain & Logistics on completion for all learners.
HOSPITALITY & MANAGEMENT COURSES
20 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering, and a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.
17 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Lean Management Techniques, and a Level 1 Award in Cyber Security.
HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE COURSES
19 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties, a Level 2 Award in Customer Service in Health & Social Care, and a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills.
19 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children & Young People’s Mental Health, a Level 2 Award in Customer Service in Health & Social Care, and a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills.
DIGITAL COURSES IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE
Short digital and technical online courses designed to help you grow and improve your CV.
Take your first steps in all things digital and tech with this fully funded Digital Technologies course. This 36 day course will provide you with industry-standard and valuable digital, design and development skills, as well as a Level 2 Diploma in Digital Technologies.
Kickstart a creative career with our fully funded Creative Skills course. This will provide you with an introduction to the digital sector, with a particular focus on website creation and games development, as well as Level 1 Diploma in Skills for Creative Industries at the end of the 29 day course.
Take your first steps in all things digital and IT with this fully funded Digital & IT Skills course. This 36 day course will provide you with industry-standard and valuable digital skills, as well as a Level 2 Diploma in Digital & IT Skills.
This bundle of qualifications will provide you with the kickstart you need to get your digital career up and running. On completion of the 19 day course, you’ll receive a Level 2 Certificate in Digital Technologies, as well as a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, and a Level 2 Award in Website Design & Development
This bundle of qualifications will provide you with the kickstart you need to get your creative digital career up and running. On completion of the 21 day course, you’ll receive a Level 1 Certificate in Skills for the Creative Industries, as well as a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, and a Level 2 Award in Website Design & Development.
This 21 day course will provide you with three key qualifications on completion – a Level 2 Certificate in Digital Marketing, a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills, and a Level 2 Award in Website Design & Development.
