Learner Feedback | Bradley Hill - Back2Work Complete Training

Our Customer Service pre-employment training course provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in this industry.

One learner who recently completed the course is Bradley Hill from West Yorkshire, who has since secured a full-time role within customer services.

Bradley's Story

Bradley had been searching for a role within Customer Service for a while, but struggled to find a suitable role due to a lack of experience in this field.

He enrolled on our Pre-Employment Customer Service course to learn new skills and gain accredited qualifications to help boost his overall employability.

He says he now has a better understanding of how to communicate effectively and has discovered new skills as a result.

"The role playing aspect of the course was great, as it meant I could get familiar with talking to people I didn't know over Microsoft Teams.

"It's helped me be able to communicate more effectively without being face to face.The tutors also supported me by giving me all the necessary information and helping answer any questions I may have had."

Successfully Gaining Employment

Not only did Bradley successfully complete the Customer Service course, but he also gained full time employment within customer services shortly afterwards.

"I'm really happy I took the time to take the customer service course, as I presented myself better than I ever knew how to and in turn, I landed myself a new job role.

"I've been looking for a job like this for a small while, so now I have found one, I'm likely to stay in it. There's are also many opportunities for promotion. I'm one happy man!"
