How would you rate the course content & why?

The course was on point. I wanted to change industries and move to contact centre because I wasn’t getting a job anywhere. The course taught me all the skills needed to apply and succeed in this industry. The entire team from Back2Work were helpful and even supported us, by helping make our resumes better. Biggest help ever!

How well did your tutor support you through the course content?

Dee Darby was my coach and she was absolutely brilliant. Not just kind and considerate, but so empathetic. She had a good grip of her subject and with her vast experience, she was able to give us employability tips and literally held our hands through the process. She is amazing.

Following the course, do you feel more prepared for working in your selected industry?

Like I said, the course is crisp, well structured and very relevant and on trend.

Are you more confident after completing the course?

I feel better equipped for my industry to go out and work.

Do you feel as though you are better prepared to remain in work and also access a higher salary rate?

My confidence is better and that along with this course knowledge will help me do better in my field.
