This qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding to work in the Contact Centre industry.

The qualification is assessed through portfolio evidence. Learners must demonstrate their understanding of how to deal with various situations in a safe and professional manner

Full guidance and support will be offered by your tutor throughout the 10 day programme. Your work will be assessed through portfolio based evidence.

Back2Work Complete Training will arrange your interview upon course completion, within the West Midlands Combined Authority. You will receive coaching and support to make sure you are fully prepared for your interview.

Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

Understanding Mental Health
Provide contact centre customer service
Incoming & outgoing telephone communication and sales

  • Unemployed
  • Good standard of Maths and English
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed and willing to learn
  • Eligible to work within the UK 


This course is fully funded through the Pre-Employment Training scheme.

The course is available for anyone who reaches the eligibility requirements.
