Child Care

5 week course with a Level 1 certificate in Childcare for all learners on completion.

Introduction to Construction

11 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Certificate in Basic Construction Skills, and a Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment.

Contact Centre

10 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations, and a Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.

Introduction to the Facilities Industry

10 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Certificate in the Facilities Industry, and a Level 1 Award in Customer Service.

Essential Digital Skills

20 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Award in Essential Digital Skills, a Level 1 Award in Cybersecurity and a Level 2 Certificate in Digital & IT Skills.

Express Logistics

10 day course with a Level 1 Award in Express Logistics for all learners on completion.

Hospitality & Catering

10 day course with a Level 2 Certificate in Catering & Hospitality for all learners on completion.

Stevedoring

10 or 14 day course with a Level 1 certificate in Stevedoring on completion for all learners.
