Learner Feedback | Afshaan Taj - Back2Work Complete Training

Our pre-employment Contact Centre training course provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in this industry.

One learner who recently completed the course is Afshaan Taj from Greater London, who has since secured a full-time role with a new employer.

Afshaan's Story

Afshaan was looking to secure employment within a customer service or contact centre role, but felt anxious about working in a team.

After enrolling on our pre-employment training course, he was able to successfully work with his fellow learners on the course, which he says developed his confidence.

"The course helped to bring out my confidence, while polishing up my customer service skills.

"I feel a lot more confident in myself, as it gave me the opportunity to work well in teams and independently, without feeling nervous and anxious."

Afshaan also praised his tutor, who he said was supportive and encouraging throughout the duration of the 10-day course.

"I was able to communicate with my tutor throughout the course, who was always available to guide me and help me when needed and supported me in completing my work.

"I'd like to thank them, as I feel a lot more comfortable and mentally organised in delivering and displaying my skills in customer service."

Securing Employment

Since completing the course, Afshaan has successfully secured a full-time role as a Renewal Clerk for a national insurance provider.

He told us his ambitions to kick-on in his career while continuing his learning.

"I now feel prepared and confident in the role I will be taking on. I'm ready to achieve more, gain further skills, work my way up in this company and aiming to build a stable income from this career choice."
