Our Introduction to the Facilities Industry – Customer Service Pathway provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in the Customer Service industry.

Amita's Story

After having previous job roles in customer service, Amita found this course useful as it introduced new skills to her existing experience.

Amita had nothing but praise for her tutor and how they delivered the course, as she went on to tell us that the tutor was accommodating and made sure that learners understood the information given.
