Learner Feedback | Fatima Embalo - Back2Work Complete Training

Our pre-employment training courses have each been designed to provide our learners with the essential knowledge and skills needed to prepare them for a successful career and help them secure full-time employment.

All learners who successfully complete our courses receive industry-recognised Level 1 or 2 certificates or diplomas – helping them to demonstrate proof of their skills when interviewing with an employer.

Fatima's story

One such learner who recently completed one of our training courses is Fatima Embalo from London. After previously graduating from London Metropolitan University, she decided to enrol on a B2W training course to pursue a career in customer service, with digital and IT skills added to her existing skillset.

Speaking about her time on the course, Fatima said that she had a great experience, and that the course also gave her the opportunity to learn new things.

Recognised Qualification

The Level 2 certificate that Fatima received was the result of the assessments done by her tutor throughout the course. She developed a portfolio of evidence, which is put together through the course, where she demonstrated her understanding of how to deal with various situations in a safe and professional manner.

Successful employment

Fatima was full of praise for the content of the course, as well as her tutor, who she described as being friendly, helpful and was very supportive with the tasks she was given to complete throughout.

Since completing her training course, she has successfully gained employment in a role that enables her to use her newfound skills, working remotely for a leading customer service management business.
