What is one thing you learned about working in a Contact Centre during your time on this course?

I learned that great customer service is all about being empathetic, having great listening skills and building up a rapport with a customer.

 

 

Can you share any skills or lessons you’ve learned during the course, which can be applied to multiple industries?

I learned how to store and safeguard private information properly, digital awareness as well as the importance of GDPR and how it limits the data we can access.

 

 

Did you struggle with any aspects of the course, and did you receive proper support?

My tutor Deepti was very supportive and explained everything thoroughly. The course was easy to understand and follow.

 

 

Can you tell us about how your tutor performed?

Deepti was fantastic, she always gave us feedback and made sure we understood everything.

 

 

What about this course has made you better prepared for working in a Contact Centre environment?

 

It has shown me the basics of understanding how to work in a contact centre as well as working from home online.
