Learner Feedback | Hammaad Ansar - Back2Work Complete Training

Our Customer Service pre-employment training course provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in this industry.

One learner who recently completed the course is Hammaad Ansar from the West Midlands, who has since secured a full-time role in customer services.

Hammaad's Story

Hammaad was looking to secure employment within a customer service role, but lacked confidence when talking over the phone. After enrolling on our pre-employment training course, he was able to develop this confidence, as well as learn about problem solving for customers, which he says is thanks to the tutors on the course.

“The tutors were very friendly, understanding and helpful throughout. They also made things very clear and were able to answer all my questions and often asked if we needed anything repeating to make sure we understood.

“I now feel so much better and confident. I love working within customer services where I can engage with people over the phone and solve their queries.”

Securing Employment

Since completing the course, Hammaad has secured a full-time role within teleperformance, where he works as a Customer Advisor for a student loans company.

He told us how much he enjoyed the course, and how thankful he is in the part it played in being able to secure work.

“I loved it! It was a great experience and it helped me improve a lot of skills, such as speaking confidently and learning new ways to better engage with customers.

“I am also a lot more confident with my speech, making good language choices and have also improved my IT skills.”
