I feel like the program is a good course and the people involved in B2W are amazing as they are always there to help with any questions you have, they also have extra support sessions for anything you need to catch up with. The course allows you to develop your customer service and digital contact centre experience in so much more depth and details which is so help for when you go back out into work it allows you to use those ls experiences into work. Which is what the course is there for initially, in my opinion the course is doing exactly what it’s supposed to be doing gaining more in depth knowledge on customer service and digital call centre experiences. 

I feel the experience has met my expectations and beyond, as I feel like I have learnt a lot in the time given and I have gained a-lot of knowledge. The support provided by Jakki and Tina has been amazing they always answer every question and always will to repeat things to make sure we understand fully and correctly.

At the end of the course we would receive a certificate with a qualification which is amazing and a guaranteed interview. Lastly I’d like to thank everyone on B2W and a big thank you to Jakki and Tina for allowing me to develop and gain more knowledge.
