How would you rate the course content & why?

Easy to understand and will help me in my new role, content was clear and precise what was asked to complete each unit.


How well did your tutor support you through the course content?

So much support when needed and it was easy to talk, and get constant feedback to help me improve.


Following the course, do you feel more prepared for working in your selected industry?

The course helped me prepare for my new role within the customer service industry. It has helped me be aware of different situations and what my approach should be.


Are you more confident after completing the course?

I have chosen to do things I wouldn’t normally have done, it has made me more confident to ask questions and answer questions.


Do you feel as though you are better prepared to remain in work and also access a higher salary rate?

I have gained a new qualification and knowledge I normally wouldn’t have done if I was in a different role.
