Our Digital Contact Centre course provides our learners with all the knowledge and understanding they need to secure employment in the Contact Centre industry.

One learner who recently completed the 10-day course is Carl Pickard from North Tyne.

Carl's Story

Carl has recently finished the Digital Contact Centre course and had nothing but positive feedback for us about his experience throughout the course.

He went on to tell us that he hopes more people take advantage of the course, and that he has now landed a full time role after completing his training.
