We offer a range of training courses in the Tees Valley area to help you get back to work within key industry sectors including Construction, Warehousing, Customer Service and Stevedoring.

On completion of your training, you’ll receive industry recognised qualifications and support to ensure that you progress into full-time employment opportunities within Tees Valley or further training to support your career goals.

All of our Pre-Employment training courses in Tees Valley are fully funded providing you meet our eligibility criteria.

Introduction to Construction

11 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Certificate in Basic Construction Skills, and a Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment.

Contact Centre

10 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations, and a Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.

Creative Industries

4 week course with three qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Creative Industries, a Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills and a Level 2 Award in Website Design & Development.

Customer Service

14 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and a Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations.

Essential Digital Skills

20 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Award in Essential Digital Skills, a Level 1 Award in Cybersecurity and a Level 2 Certificate in Digital & IT Skills.

Express Logistics

10 day course with a Level 1 Award in Express Logistics for all learners on completion.

Hospitality & Catering

10 day course with a Level 2 Certificate in Catering & Hospitality for all learners on completion.

Stevedoring

10 or 14 day course with a Level 1 certificate in Stevedoring on completion for all learners.
