We offer a wide range of training courses in West Yorkshire to help you get back to work within key industry sectors including Construction, Retail, Warehousing, Customer Service, Hospitality and Contact Centres.

On completion of your training, you’ll receive industry recognised qualifications and support to ensure that you progress into full-time employment opportunities within West Yorkshire, or further training to support your career goals.

Construction

10 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Certificate in Basic Construction & Building Skills, Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment and Level 2 Award in Understanding Retrofit.

Contact Centre

10 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations, and a Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.

Customer Service

4.5 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners – a Level 1 Award in Customer Service and a Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations.

Lean Management Techniques

10 day course with a Level 2 certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques for all learners on completion.

Essential Digital Skills

15 day course with three qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Award in Essential Digital Skills, a Level 1 Award in Cybersecurity and a Level 2 Certificate in Digital & IT Skills.

Express Logistics

10 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 1 Award in Express Logistics and a Level 1 Award in Carbon Awareness & Energy Management.

Hospitality & Catering

10 or 14.5 day course with two qualifications on completion for all learners, including a Level 2 Certificate in Catering & Hospitality and a Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.
