The laws and rules that you have to work within for the safety of yourself and others.

Yes heath and safety and the understanding of signs and what is there meaning.

No, not really as I had read the book beforehand.

Very nice and helpful worked out who needed more help than others.

Gaining my CSCS card has opened more doors for jobs.
