How would you rate the course content & why?

The course was specifically aimed at job applications within the Civil Service. My tutors’ input was amazing and specific. Debs Shackleton and Paul Erving were both excellent tutors and extremely approachable.

How well did your tutor support you through the course content?

They were both very student focussed and did their best to assist every one of us in obtaining our goal. They were very approachable and helpful in every way.

Following the course, do you feel more prepared for working in your selected industry?

We had more of an understanding of what was expected from us working in the Civil Services.

Are you more confident after completing the course?

I quickly became aware of the processes and how to make successful applications.

Do you feel as though you are better prepared to remain in work and also access a higher salary rate?

Debs and Paul did a great job of explaining the whole system. Now that I’m working for the Civil Service industry I feel prepared.
